Aims to amplify the voices of individuals affected by these phenomena through her communications work. Specialising in trauma-informed approaches for that.

Acknowledging the various impacts of trauma in different environments and centring supportive communications styles based on the principles of Safety, Agency, Equity, Privacy, Plurality, Power-Sharing.

  1. DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS AT IFOUND

    Oversaw the strategy, outreach, and communications of the organisation, focusing on content creation and event planning. Co-managed the content and web design for various awareness hubs, developed e-learning modules, authored the organisation’s annual reports, managed the social media channels.

  2. PROJECT OFFICER AT SNOWBALL EFFECT

    Contributed to the development of Snowball Effect’s Solutions Exhibitions across Europe with a mix of communication, education, and stakeholder engagement to promote the organisation’s growth and impact.

  3. EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT AT PLURICONSULT

    Supported the Managing Director by preparing transcripts, compiling and analysing data for project evaluations for clients such as UNICEF, ILO, and the World Bank, focusing on policies for early childhood development, safeguarding children’s rights, and other critical areas.

  4. INTERN AT THE ROMANIAN MINISTRY OF FOREIGN AFFAIRS

    Supported in organising the ACP-EU plenary meeting at the Palace of the Parliament, wrote briefs related to Romania’s Presidency of the Council of the European Union, prepared short reports on Romania’s official development assistance for 2018.

  5. INTERN AT THE ROMANIAN PRESIDENTIAL ADMINISTRATION

    Delivered daily short analysis related to the most significant political events, carried out daily press monitoring and wrote, when needed, overviews.
