PROGRAMME DESIGN
I am a communications and events specialist with a strong focus on human rights, peer-to-peer learning, and trauma-informed engagement. I bring experience working directly with young people, survivors of trafficking, and communities affected by forced migration, supporting them in navigating challenges, sharing their stories, and accessing opportunities with dignity and agency. Whether mentoring, facilitating participatory workshops, or developing eLearning modules, I prioritise empathy, trust, and inclusive dialogue.
My experience spans community-based initiatives and work at the EU’s Fundamental Rights Agency (FRA), bridging local perspectives with institutional approaches to human rights. I write and speak on a range of human rights issues, always centring real-life experience.
Mental health is a core part of my work, and I am especially drawn to spaces where young people can reflect, connect, and build tools for emotional wellbeing. I believe in collective learning that deconstructs hierarchy, grounded in honest dialogue, mutual recognition, and shared agency.

Trainee at the European Union Agency for Fundamental Rights
Supported the organisation of institutional visits and panels at the ‘this human world’ festival, as well as the Agency’s big communications campaign on challenging stereotypes. Drafted and reviewed promotional materials, social media content for Instagram and YouTube, and visuals, while contributing to media relations, monitoring, and community outreach.

Programs Coordinator at the International Forum for Understanding
Oversaw the strategy, outreach, and communications of the organisation, focusing on content creation and event planning. Co-managed the content and web design for various awareness hubs, developed e-learning modules, authored the organisation’s annual reports, managed the social media channels.

PROJECT OFFICER AT SNOWBALL EFFECT
Contributed to the development of Snowball Effect’s Solutions Exhibitions across Europe with a mix of communication, education, and stakeholder engagement to promote the organisation’s growth and impact.

EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT AT PLURICONSULT
Supported the Managing Director by preparing transcripts, compiling and analysing data for project evaluations for clients such as UNICEF, ILO, and the World Bank, focusing on policies for early childhood development, safeguarding children’s rights, and other critical areas.

Event Manager at Young Ambassadors Forum (YAF)
Led an international project introducing youth to humanitarian principles and the narratives states build around human rights protection, managing strategy, funding, and a six-member team. Partnered with 16 embassies, the Romanian Royal Family, UN agencies, and international organisations to deliver impactful programming.

INTERN AT THE ROMANIAN MINISTRY OF FOREIGN AFFAIRS
Supported in organising the ACP-EU plenary meeting at the Palace of the Parliament, wrote briefs related to Romania’s Presidency of the Council of the European Union, prepared short reports on Romania’s official development assistance for 2018.

INTERN AT THE ROMANIAN PRESIDENTIAL ADMINISTRATION
Delivered daily short analysis related to the most significant political events, carried out daily press monitoring and wrote, when needed, overviews.
